Terms & Condition

Please read these information before submitting your order.

1. We do not accept swapping or trading of items.
2. We will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail
3. We do not do reservations of items
4. Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the item for 24hrs, and payment must be made within this timeframe to secure your purchase
5. All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.
6. Prices are non negotiable
7. All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot (no scans allowed) of your transaction receipt. We reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made as well.
8. HER PERIWINKLE will take legal actions againist fraud cases. Do not try to fake a payment if you did not make any.

Exchange Policy
We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item received is defected and we are out of stock for an exchange piece.

To qualify for a return/exchange of defective or wrong item/s despatched, item/s must be returned, unworn/unwashed and in a brand new condition. Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.

Exchanges must be done within 7days of despatch date, Please note that after this period, we will be less likely to entertain the return/exchange of the item/s.
Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided. In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed.

Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. HER PERIWINKLE reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
